Packaging & Handling

We take great care when handling and packaging every order. If your parcel arrives damaged or the packaging is visibly torn, please contact us at support@elevatelondonstore.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Please keep both the packaging and the item until your claim has been reviewed.

Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return an item, please contact us first at support@elevatelondonstore.com to request return instructions. Returns that are not registered in advance cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
